No problem. I think it's a great idea, but how do we do it . Maybe a trust or something. Finances are not my strong point. How about we send the money to Janet or whomever, and she could FedEx cash to Ivan. Maybe each individual should just mail an anonymous money order to the City of Portland with a request that it be applied towards Ivan's delinquent account. I don't know. I'm baffled.
