Thankx for trying to sort things out. I JUST read your message...here are

Not true.. a reduction has been talked about, only with unacceptable
conditions...there is no agreement
..and the failed negotiations are for taxes to be assessed, not at all on
tax liens.due now....

There would be my Chanukah wish!    Alas, no, Camilla, I have only talked
to one who MIGHT, after the Human RIghts case ends, if I cna produce
substantial upfront legal fees,
take a court case against the City Lawyers--but I'm hoping the human
rights COmmissioners
vote on Dec. `13  will be in my favor, and then, I could obtain a fair
settlement about taxes and also
about tax liens, so I am watching and waiting til then.
