Tina,
I believe a movement disorder specialist (MDS) will tell
you that if you have not been tested with Sinemet one
can not be positive that the PD diagnosis is correct.
Our MDS in Chicago told us that on Tuesday.  We had
asked how they differentiate between PD and Essential
Tremor, particularly if you have both.  (Got that
diagnosis from a message on another list).

If it does not respond to Sinemet then the problem is
some other movement disorder -- not PD.
