Jane.

Hallucinations can occur with Mirapex as well as most other PD meds.
Delusions can also occur.  There are several medications which can be given
to combat them including clozaril and zyprexa and seroquel.  Talk with her
neurologist and if he isn't comfortable with these medications ask for a
referral to a psychiatrist who is familiar with PD. But try and change PD
meds first.
