I think if you do some research on mirapex you will see that it is not intended
to work by itself. It is designed to enhance a drug like Sinemet by extending
it's effectiveness.

Not all Neuros are up to date on PD meds, does yours fall in that group? If you
have access to a "Movement Disorder Specialist" I'd get a second opinion

Sinemet is often used as a test for PD
