Ralph-- I started Comtran just over 2 weeks ago, 200mg 3x day with my Sinemet. So far, I haven't had any bad side effects but whoever said it isn't as dramatic as Tasmar is right. I'm on Mirapex, also; tho ught the neu ro would nix that but h e said to take both. I have already cut my Sinemet dosage 25-30% because of the Mirapex and Comtran hasn't allowed me to cut further, nor has it improved any symptoms notably yet. You don't have to titrate up to ny dosage though. After waiting all this time, it's sort of disapointing.
