Susan,
I live in the g;burg area. There are a lot of doctor's
in the area. and specialists at the universities and NIH.
I have gotten access to some of these specialsits through my neurologist,
'Dr Howard Chazin. I highly recommend Dr Chazin
even though he is not a movement speiclaist.
He has sent me to see specialsts at Georgetown and John
Hopkins He is readlily available to his patients when they
call. He takes into consideration a pateint's total
life, kids, spouse, family etc.He was voted one of the top doctor's in
the Washington area in 1999. His office is in Olney Md/ which is about
20 minutes away from g'burg. His web site will give you any other
information you need.

Does anyone have a recommendation on a Movement Disorder Specialist or
Neurologist who specializes in PD in or near Gaithersburg, MD. My father
just moved to a retirement community in the area & is looking for one.

to find a movement disorder specialist but I can not call it from the area

would really appreciate that information.Thanks,
