The patient's neurologist should be able to recommend/prescribe visits with
an occupational therapist who could not only evaluate the home but also
recommend other local resources.  You might also contact the local support
group (there is one in most areas of the country) as they may already have a
list of all locally-available specialty shops, resources, etc.  If you don't
know of a group in your area, I'd be happy to check our referral list - just
send me your area/location.
