Thank you all for your kind words of encouragement to a new non-smoker.
My husband, my oldest daughter and my brother have all quit too. I
expected to notice some change in my pd symptoms but the only thing I
notice is I have fewer muscle cramps in my legs...but that could be
because I am taking a walk around campus during my breaks at work instead of
sitting outside with the smokers. Thanks again for the encouragement. Barb
