I've actually heard of some insurance companies covering massage - when it's
prescribed by a physician.  The covered visits are very limited so you can't
go in for one every day or even every week.  Thus, since the benefit derived
is limited in how long it lasts, this may not be a practical way to manage
these problems long-term.
