In the USA Madopar is not available and Sinemet is not available as a dispersible. Could you tell me why there is no dispersible Sinemet? Are there any plans for taking a dipersible form of Sinemet into production in USA and/or Europe? Do you have any suggestions for getting the same results using Sinemet as the results when using dispersible Madopar? Thanks in advance for your reply, Hans van der Genugten.
