Hi Kathryn Holden,
I just wanted to let you know how I am doing, I have started to run
because of Beth. I feel better and have much better balance now. I run 5
miles three times a week and do Astanga yoga one day and Hotha yoga another
day, so in all I work out very hard five days a week. I am on Sinemet 25/100
two times a day and .25 mg of Requip three times a day along will all of the
vitamins I also take. I have found that I am much better with this hard work
out and like the new body it has given me. I have dropped in size quite a
bit. I would like to know if there has been any studies about people with PD
and hard exercise and how they have benefited from it. I know that it has
done wonder with me, although I still get tremors on the right side, and my
legs moves in and out on me. Other than that I have not fallen in some time.
