dear dr meyer i never received a patient information sheet, nor have i heard of it. apparently that is in plain english, which certainly makes sense. it seems you are/were a careful, informative m.d. unfortunately many don't have/make time for pt. education. janet, i wrote with all due respect meaning just that--i don't wish to be rude or be name calling but still express my (and comment on others) opinions politely. thank you cm for being there and sharing your knowledge nancy spires
