Hi: My wife, Patt, has had PD for a little over 5 years and had trouble with grinding her teeth in her sleep. Our dentist fixed her up with a mouth guard--similar to what athletes wear--to use at night. Sure doesn't help me in hearing what she is trying to say to me, but seems to have helped/stopped the tooth damage. Good Luck. Duane Yothers
