I have NEVER run for stress relief or fitness but my daily wwalks of 40
minutes sure help me stay flexible(as much as pwp can) and certainly make
me feel better both mentally and physically.  I recommend
walking/running/exercising with a partner and at about the same time daily
so it is a habit.  My neuro when asked about exercise for pwp said, "Use it
or lose it."
