Hi Leo Fuhr,
       I run 3 times a week at 5 miles, but I do yoga for my flexibility. It
has helped me so much with my balance. I feel all over better also. My
husband rides his bike with me. I found out that if I take my meds 30
minutes before my run I do not get bad leg cramps. Janice 52/50/46
