Your guess at definition is right. And rhabdomyolysis is mentioned in
the Comtan Package Insert, but no more than what you said above. If I
had to guess, I should suspect that r.. results from prolonged over-
stimulation, either by the rigidity symptomatic of PD, or by dyskinesia
due to an excess of levodopa, which in turn might be due to the
enhancement by Comtan. But the general tone of any PI mention of r..
suggests that the experts don't have a clue either. Cheers,
