And rhabdomyolysis is mentioned in the Comtan Package Insert, but no more than what you said above. If I had to guess, I should suspect that r.. results from prolonged over- stimulation, either by the rigidity symptomatic of PD, or by dyskinesia due to an excess of levodopa, which in turn might be due to the enhancement by Comtan.
