Check out Dr. Richard Penn at Mt. Sinai in NY. He recently moved there from Rush in Chicago where he performed biSTN operations. My brother was the very firs in April of 1998. Charlie Meyer (of this list) had it about a year later. Dr. Penn, IMO is an excellent surgeon.
