At least the pharmacist admitted his ignorance rather than give you an uninformed opinion. 
 
What does your doctor suggest?  Your neurologist should have given you some sort of schedule to follow -  after his evaluation of your medical history and current difficulties - for the taking of your different antiparkinson medications.
 
As a general rule, Eldepryl, SInemet and Mirapex can be taken together - there is no need (unless specified by your doctor because of your individual reaction{s}) to space them apart.

I currently take 5mg eldepryl (morning and afternoon) - 1 mg mirapex ( 3 times a day) - and 25/100
sinemet(morning and afternoon).
 
I take all the pills together.
 
Is there any reason why I should not do that?
 
The pharmacist asked me if I took sinemet and eldepryl together, he thought there
might be a side effect. He was not sure, told me to check.
 
Any information will be appreciated.
