Greg, I believe what you have said is true, also Hilary is also probably on to something. I don't think that is contradictory! Like everything in life, it is a complicated matter. It is hard enough to fight politics and cronyism when in perfect health, when you are not, it is almost impossible. I already sent an email to the lawyer, nothing nasty, but to make sure he knew that Ivan has friends who care and are watching, and a request for him, to refer Ivan's case to someone who would have time to handle it, etc. If he gets enough mail, he might figure it is easier to help Ivan than to fight off a barrage of negative publicity ......maybe.... I know that if Ivan were to lose his home over this, it would be very wrong, and also very stupid of the officials that would let it happen, and they should be ashamed and exposed to a great deal of ridicule if it does happen. Also, if the attorney was a straight shooter, he could have turned Ivan down BEFORE wasting his and Ivan's precious time, right? Ken B
