Ivan....

Just a few quick thoughts.  Have you involved your elected officials in your legal plight?  Oftentimes. when you've exhausted all the regular channels, your congressman or senator might be able to "pull some strings" for a registered (or even unregistered) voter.  And, if THEY refuse to help, you might want to think about using the media to pull some strings.  Send a note to local anchormen with your news shows or locally-produced morning programs, or, if there's a columnist in your local newspaper who regularly writes about human-interest stories, maybe you can convince that person to write about you.  Generate some public interest in your story and maybe you'll have someone come forward to offer his services.

If you decide to go to the media, the listserve members can help here.  We can send e-mail notes about your plight to your news programs, newspapers, etc to help generate interest.

Again, just a few thoughts.
