Well, I *did* get a snailed copy of the program. As I recall, the decision
to stop mailing programs to Canada had to do with the fact that NCTE
couldn't get them done with enough lead time to get them to Canadian
attendees -- they'd mail the programs, but the programs wouldn't arrive
before the conference.
