Jim,
By mistake I think you have reinforced what some (at least myself) suspect.
That if you truly follow your schedule and not become impatient (no pun
intended) you don't necessarilly need a boatload of Sinemet.
Post-Pallidotomy I was taking 1600 mg of Sinemet a day, until we tried
replacing parlodel with mirape. I have cut Sinemet to 800 mg and think I
possible could go further. The agonist seems to be the key. At least that
is what I'm feeling.
