any side effects did you experience.

Hy Chuck:

Dr. Sigmund in Northern VA prescribed Ambien ans Restoril at different
times; and Barbara uses them on occasion. She prefers Ambien because it
does not linger or have a residual effect after a night sleep, although
the night is stll shorter than she needs, i.e. about six hours. But she
seems fully rested. Restoril on the other hand may give a longer sleep,
but is not as satisfying in that it stays with you longer. Yet,
different people react differently to different medication.
Hope she gets in shape to go to Sweden.
