We are now on the third day of full week of classes with Quercus as our new Academic Toolbox!
As of now we have 4840 Fall and Winter course shells with some activity (non zero storage) in Quercus and 71,374 unique student log ins to the system and the number is increasing daily.
The 48 hour countdown begins before portal is decommissioned!
As of today 2587 Fall and Winter course shells have had some activity (non zero storage) in Quercus! That is 40% more than last Thursday. We are expecting to see more in the next 10 days as classes are starting!

We are two and a half weeks away from September 1st, (the date that Portal is being replaced by Quercus) and we continue to work with you to prepare the U of T community for the new platform.

Training
Following up with my previous communication, we are now at the phase of training the end users.
As the Technical and Training leads please kindly inform us of your divisional training plans and scheduled training sessions so we can post the time and location on our website. CTSI is also offering some virtual and in person QuickStart Quercus workshop that can be shared with your
Course Shells: In addition to summer courses and fall courses that have been available in Quercus, winter 2019 course shells will be released in Quercus next week so instructors will have access to full year course shells for content migration.

Jan/Feb Update
For the month of January and February, our focus has been raising awareness about the project and portal going away on Aug 31, 2018. We have attended 21 one hour long information session at different divisions providing project information and high level demo of Quercus.
